What works now
The intake flow now handles full CSV row counts, numeric confidence fields, and metadata-only JSON session files.
CSV event logs are analyzed immediately for athlete load, review status, and direction mix.
JSON metadata files return session context and event totals, then prompt for the paired CSV log.
Other files are still accepted and staged so the intake flow never dead-ends on upload.
